The oil particle contamination tester is a professional instrument for the detection of the distribution size and level of contaminated particles in oil. The instrument is developed using the principle of photoresist method (shading method) which is suitable for the detection of the particles contamination in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, anti-fuel oil, insulating oil and turbine oil.
It provides fast, accurate, reliable and repeatable test results and a complete contamination monitoring analysis report.
The Application areas are : aviation, aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry , transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery,automobile manufacturing and other fields.
Applicable standards :GB/T 18854-2002, ISO11171-1999, DL/T432-2007, GJB 420B, NAS1638, ISO4406, etc.
Instrument features
1. Adopting the counting principle of photoresist (shading) method specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee.

3.Use precision syringe pump sampling method, the sampling volume can be set by yourself, stable sampling speed, high sampling accuracy.
4.Adopt the combination of positive and negative pressure injection system, which can realize sample degassing and is suitable for testing the different viscosity of the test products.
5.Built-in air purification system, to ensure that the test is not contaminated.
6.Built-in multiple calibration curves, compatible with all common domestic and international standards for calibration.
7.built-in GJB-420B, NAS1638, ISO4406 and ГOCT17216-71 and other 8 kinds of common standards, support custom standard testing, and we can set the required standards according to customer needs.
8. A variety of sampling containers such as standard sampling bottles or sampling cups can be used to meet the testing requirements of different industries.
9 Colour touch screen operation, built-in printer, simple and generous structure, simple with a convenient operation.
10 .Chinese input, with data storage and printing function.
11.Built-in data analysis system, which can automatically determine the sample level according to the standard.
12.With RS232 interface,it can be connected to computer or laboratory platform for data processing.
