Features
1. Dual control system: the instrument adopts the hardware system of industrial control computer and single chip microcomputer, and uses the single chip microcomputer to realize the control of heating process and the collection of sensor data, so as to make the test more real-time and accurate; The use of industrial personal computer as the overall system control makes the instrument more reliable. The industrial personal computer has 256M memory and 4G hard disk, which not only runs at a speed block, but also has a large amount of data storage. The use of Windows CE 5.0 operating system is not only convenient for users to operate (similar to Windows XP system of PC), but also can avoid the risk of disease attack because Windows CE is an embedded independent file system. The software adopts the full Chinese operation interface (which can be changed into English interface), which is easy to understand.
2. Multiple interfaces: for the convenience of users, multiple communication interfaces such as RS-232, USB and RJ-45 are provided, which can be connected to LIMS system, LAN and Internet; Through USB interface, not only the system software can be upgraded directly, but also the test result data can be exported; At the same time, the instrument provides LPT printing interface, which can directly connect to the laser printer to print the test result report.
3. Double ignition mode: the ignition mode is electronic ignition or gas ignition, which can be selected by the user. There is no difference between electronic ignition and gas ignition on the test results;
4. Gold-plated components: the oil cup and cup cover components are made of gold-plated, which is not only more beautiful and generous, but also higher temperature resistance and more convenient for maintenance;
5. Import of key components: the temperature sensor is imported from Germany, which makes the detection more reliable and stable, and the data more accurate. The key mechanical structure of internal mixing drive is imported from Japan;
6. Self-inspection and self-diagnosis: the instrument automatically checks the flash point sensor, Pt100 oil temperature sensor, electronic igniter, system hot fuse, etc. when it is started; At the same time, conduct self-inspection on ignition action, mixing arm action, cooling and heating system start/reset, etc. If there is a fault or the connection is abnormal, the instrument will give a beep alarm and the screen text prompt" ××× Exception, please check whether it is connected ";
7. Ignition flash test: the instrument has digital records of ignition times and ignition temperature. In addition, the item of "ignition at the beginning of the experiment" is added to prevent the danger caused by the high pre-flash point of some oil samples with flash fire below 30 ºC in the experiment.
8. Overheat protection: the instrument has the function of overheating protection. If the pre-safety temperature (safety alarm temperature) is exceeded, an audible and visual alarm will be given, but the test can continue; When the safety temperature (test stop temperature) or the safety temperature (400 ºC) is exceeded, an audible and visual alarm will be sent and the test will be stopped. At the same time, the cooling fan will be started for forced cooling to prevent fire and other accidents;
9. Intuitive test results: the instrument has atmospheric pressure correction function; It has powerful data storage and query function; The instrument can store tens of thousands of test results, and can be freely combined and queried by time, oil sample, tester, etc.
