Construction
This machine is composed of a frame, a stirring device, a transmission system, a limit device and an electrical control system. The frame is the supporting part of the entire equipment, welded by channel steel. The mixing device is composed of a mixing drum, a mixing shaft, and a mixing blade. The mixing blade is fixed on the mixing arm and is integrated with the mixing shaft to form two sets of spirals. The direction is opposite, but the spiral ribbon mixing blade with the same lead and helix angle, the gap between the mixing blade and the inner arm of the mixing drum can be slightly adjusted. The transmission mechanism is composed of a reducer and a coupling. The cylinder limit device is composed of a locking pin and a positioning hole. The electrical control system has the functions of starting, inching, stopping and timing.

Working principle
The geared motor rotates the mixing shaft in one direction through the coupling. The positive and negative two sets of shovel blades on the mixing shaft agitate the materials. Due to the function of the helix angle, the shovel blades push the materials in the drum from one side to the other when the shovel works. On the other side, the cyclic action of pushing back to the original place from the other side makes the material fully agitated, so as to obtain a more ideal mixing effect. When unloading, the machine must be stopped, the lock lock is opened, the cylinder is rotated to a certain angle, and then the position is limited, and the jog button is pressed to realize the discharge of the mixture out of the cylinder.
