Product Description

The Vacuum attenuation leakage tester is professionally suitable for micro leakage and packaging integrity testing of ampoules, penicillin bottles, injection bottles, freeze-dried powder injection bottles, and pre filled packaging samples. Adopting non-destructive testing methods and utilizing the principle of vacuum attenuation testing.

Corresponding test chambers can be selected for different detection samples, and users can easily replace them. While meeting the needs of more types of samples, the cost of the instrument can be minimized, making it have good detection adaptability
Suitable for detecting small leaks, it can also identify samples with large leaks, and provide a judgment of qualified and unqualified
Non destructive testing methods are used to detect leaks in packaging containing drugs. After testing, the samples are undamaged and do not affect normal use, resulting in low testing costs

Testing Principles
Fully compliant with ASTM F2338-09 standard and USP 40-1207 regulatory requirements, based on the principle of vacuum attenuation method using dual sensor technology and dual cycle system.
Connect the main unit of the micro leakage sealing tester to a specially designed testing chamber to accommodate the packaging material to be tested. The instrument evacuates the testing chamber, creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the packaging. Under the pressure, the gas inside the packaging diffuses into the testing chamber through the leakage hole. The dual sensor technology detects the relationship between time and pressure changes, compares it with the standard value, and determines whether the sample is leaking
