It can be used for tension, compression and other strength tests on tension spring, compression spring, disc spring, tower spring, leaf spring, circlip, leaf spring, composite spring, gas spring, mold spring, special-shaped spring and other precision springs.
The design of the main machine and auxiliary equipment of the testing machine has drawn on the advanced technology of Shimadzu, Japan, features beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance.

2. Machine constructions

2.1 Main machine: It is processed by a large machining center and adopts a three column structure, which is different from the modified model of tensile testing machine in the same industry.
2.2 Transmission system: composed of reduction system, precision lead screw pair and guide optical shaft.
2.3 Drive system: the system is driven by precision digital speed governor and motor.
2.4 Measurement and control system: the test force measurement and control system is composed of high-precision load sensor, measurement amplifier, A/D conversion, regulated power supply, etc; The displacement measurement and control system is composed of photoelectric encoder, double frequency shaping circuit, counting circuit, etc. Through various signal processing, computer display, control, data processing and other functions are realized.
