The Thermogravimetric analysis (TG, TGA) is a method of observing the changes in the mass of a sample with temperature or time during heating, constant temperature, or cooling processes, with the aim of studying the thermal stability and composition of materials.
The Thermogravimetric analyzers are widely used in research and development, process optimization, and quality monitoring in various fields such as plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metal materials, and composite materials.
The Thermogravimetric analyzer mainly studies the following characteristics of materials: thermal stability, decomposition process, adsorption and desorption, oxidation and reduction, quantitative analysis of components, and the influence of additives and fillers.
Features
1. The furnace body heating adopts a double row winding of precious metal nickel chromium alloy wire to reduce interference and make it more resistant to high temperatures.
2. The tray sensor is made of precious metal nickel chromium alloy, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.
3. Separate the power supply, circulating heat dissipation part from the main unit to reduce the impact of heat and vibration on the microcalorimeter.
4. Adopting an open top structure, it is easy to operate. It is difficult to move the furnace body up and place the sample, which can easily cause damage to the sample rod.
5. The host adopts a water constant temperature device to isolate the thermal impact of the heating furnace on the chassis and micro thermal balance.
6. The furnace body can be replaced according to customer requirements.
7. Adopting imported 32-bit ARM processor Cortex-M3 core, the sampling speed and processing speed are faster.
8.24 bit four-way sampling AD is used to collect DSC signals, TG signals, and temperature T signals.
9. The power supply and water circulation parts are separately controlled by an 8-bit microcontroller, so that the host and cooling parts are separated and do not interfere with each other, but they are tightly connected, and the cooling part is controlled by the host.
10. USB bidirectional communication is used between the software and the instrument to achieve remote operation. The instrument parameters can be set and the operation can be stopped through computer software.
5.7-inch full-color 24 bit touch screen, better human-machine interface. TG calibration can be achieved on the touch screen.
