The Coal Ash fusibility tester is used to measure the melting process of coal ash and other non single compounds without fixed melting point.
A special sample sending and transferring mechanism is adopted to complete automatic sample sending. The user only needs simple operation to complete the sample sending and sampling of the ash cone;
The step motor controlled by trapezoidal speed is used to send the sample to the correct position to ensure that the ash cone is not tilted. The high-precision angle encoder is used to feed back the position of the ash cone, which can be fine adjusted at any time;
Five million pixel industrial camera is used to automatically track the whole test process and present high-definition test images;
The demist and dust removal device is adopted to ensure that the lens is free of cleaning and improve the maintenance convenience and image clarity;
