Light Falling Weight Deflectometer
Standards: ASTM E2835-11, ASTM D4695, TB10414-2003 / TB10102-2004(China), TP BF-StB (Germany)
The falling weight deflectometer is used to measure the vertical deflection of the load plate response of a surface to an impulse load. the deflections is either correlated to pavement surface or used to determine characteristics of the materials used for the pavement foundation. It can quickly & precisely obtain the dynamic deformation modulus (Evd value) of soil and other construction materials.
The falling weight deflectometer provides an easy and cost effective solution to determine the soil bearing capacity and compaction quality, it can quickly obtain the Evd value, it's a common pavement test equipment.
The deflectometer is comprised of a loading mechanism, a loading plate, a electronic settlement measuring device.
