The sealed hammer crusher is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB474-2008 "Preparation Method of Coal Sample", GB/T19494.2-2004 "Coal Mechanized Sampling" and GB/T18666-2002 "Commercial Coal Quality Spot Check and Acceptance Method". It is widely used in coal, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, geology, scientific research and other departments.
The sample is completely crushed and no mixing, and the sample is representative.
The traditional hammer crusher uses a right-angled scraper, and when the material is humid or viscous, it will often stick to the inner wall of the crushing chamber and get out of the range of the breaker, resulting in the following two problems:
(1) The binder cannot be broken and removed, and even blocks the discharge port, which increases the cleaning frequency and loses the sample;
(2) The binder is mixed with the next batch of samples, resulting in mixed samples, resulting in poor sample representativeness. This machine adopts the feeding scraping anti-clogging mechanism, through the high-speed rotation of the crushing hammer and the arc anti-clogging scraper scraping, it can completely remove the bonded materials, avoid mixing, effectively ensure the representativeness of the sample, prevent the loss of the sample, and completely avoid the blockage of the discharge port, thereby reducing the frequency of cleaning, so that the labor intensity is greatly reduced.
