The CHT1653 series electrode short circuit tester is designed by our company to effectively detect defective products in the lead-acid battery industry during production due to quality issues or production process issues with the electrode itself. This instrument uses high-voltage pulses to test the battery plates. Due to the small average energy, the damage to the battery is much less than that of the constant voltage measurement method, and it will not be affected by the environment and cause misjudgment.
CHT1653B and CHT1653B-6 are models of supporting automatic testing systems, with standard PLC interfaces applied to the automatic sorting system to complete fully automatic assembly line testing.
The instrument has self check and alarm point digital preset functions, which can determine the minimum short circuit condition of PE electrode plates with internal resistance greater than 50 Ω. At present, the market share of remote control is ahead of other brands, and it is recognized as one of the high-end brands in the battery short circuit testing industry.
