The Bauer McNett fiber classifier is a specialized pulp test equipment used for screening the fiber by different length, meets the GB 2678.1, TAPPI T 233, SCAN M6 regulations.

Working principle
Inject the pulp suspension into the sieve, and each sieve container is equipped with a sieve. The containers are stepped, and when the pulp suspension flows from one container to another, pulp of different fiber lengths is retained on different sieves. The fiber length of the retained pulp is consistent with the mesh size of the sieve plate. After sieving at a certain water flow rate for a certain period of time. Collect the fibers from each sieve plate, dry them, and after constant weight, report the percentage of fiber remaining on each mesh to the mass of the sample
