Product Description
The standard COD digester adopts microcomputer-controlled heating electric furnace and fan. The instrument is mainly composed of four parts: the body, the return pipe, the fan, and the electric furnace board. Reflux heating can be performed on multiple 250ML flat-bottomed conical flasks or 10 straight-running flasks at the same time.
The instrument adopts glass burr return pipe instead of spherical return pipe, and uses air cooling technology to replace tap water cooling method, which can save water and standardize the instrument, and also improve the safety of instrument use.
Features
The number of spherical condensation bubbles is increased to 3, which improves the condensation effect.
A volatilization cap is placed on the condenser tube to ensure the heating effect and analysis accuracy of the sample in the case of high weather temperature.
Increase from 5 samples to multiple samples, the 250ML flat-bottom conical flask is heated in two ways, with good bottom contact and even heating. And it is convenient to operate and sample when there are two channels.
High-quality electric furnace plate and electric furnace wire ensure that the electric furnace plate is not deformed when heated, and the electric furnace wire is not easy to be broken when heated.
Air cooling and water cooling replace the previous circulating water cooling, the quality of the fan
Dual-fan convection cooling, which can be controlled independently.
Using stainless steel heating tube heating, the heating speed is fast and uniform, and the service life is long.
After the digestion is completed, the instrument will automatically alarm and stop working. Water saving, electricity saving, small heat radiation and small footprint.
