2.5.2 The inner tank is made of molded polytetrafluoroethylene material, with good compactness and safety performance without micropores;
2.5.3 The maximum withstand pressure of the high-pressure tank is ≥ 10MPa (1500psi);
2.6 Control System
2.6.1 Color LCD display screen, 12 megapixel camera for real-time online observation of reaction images. It can record videos or images of the experimental process, and export them through a USB flash drive or directly replay them in the instrument.
2.6.2 adopts an ARM intelligent control system, an 8.0-inch IPS ultra wide viewing angle color LCD touch screen, quad core, 1.3GHz processor, 2GB of running memory, 16GB of memory, USB interface, and real-time display of temperature, time, power, pressure values and curves within the reaction system. The instrument can set reaction parameters step by step, with a constant temperature time and 10 reaction stages for each data group, storing reaction data in an unlimited amount. The experimental parameters can be exported and equipped with corresponding software for users to view the experimental parameters at any time through the supporting software on the computer. (Provide proof of software copyright)
2.6.3 Microwave ultrasonic synergistic combination control function, that is, in a constant temperature mode, the microwave power and ultrasonic duty cycle will be automatically adjusted with temperature changes to ensure temperature stability. When using microwave ultrasonic synergistic, the temperature control accuracy is ≤ ± 2 ºC;
2.6.4 Remote control device, which stops the reaction remotely in an emergency state;
2.6.5 Cooling method: Forced rapid air cooling in the furnace chamber, using corrosion-resistant, high air volume centrifugal fans, with an exhaust air volume of ≤ 4M3/min. After the reaction is completed, the microwave stops emitting, the fan continues to work, and the instrument displays the temperature and pressure values inside the reactor in real time. When the pressure reactor cools to 40 ºC, the instrument beeps to indicate the end of the experiment;
2.6.6 Friendly human-computer interaction interface, one click menu switching between Chinese and English, real-time video images, reaction parameters, and curve graphs displayed on the same screen; 10 inch IPS color LCD display, 12 million pixel camera for real-time monitoring of reaction process images, with clearer images than TFT mode; Images and videos of reactions can be captured or recorded, and can be exported through a USB interface.
