This testing machine is mainly used for overcharging and discharging batteries. During charging and discharging tests, the battery is placed in an explosion-proof box and connected to an external charging and discharging tester for protection of operators and instruments. The testing box of this machine can be customized according to testing needs.

Features

 

1. Single door, the inner box door is made of stainless steel material and reinforced with silicone tightening strips. There is an observation window on the door;
2. The door is connected to the box by a strong hinge, and is an explosion-proof cold pull handle door lock;
3. Observation window: A transparent observation window of 250x250mm is opened on the front of each test box to facilitate the observation of the status of the test product inside the test box;
4. Add Tef-lon tape to the interior of the test box, which effectively insulates and flame retards, making it easy to clean;
5. On the right side of each layer of the box, there is a circular test hole with a diameter of 50mm
6. Install a powerful exhaust fan at the back of the box, and when there are smoke parameters, smoke can be discharged outside the box
