Introduction
This equipment is suitable for determining the frost resistance of concrete specimens under conditions of freezing and thawing in water, represented by the number of rapid freeze-thaw cycles they can withstand. The HNJ-DR-28E Rapid Freeze-Thaw Test Chamber for Concretehas been confirmed its high reliability by long-term user experience. Operating Procedures
1. Prepare prismatic specimens of (100×100×400) mm, with a central specimen embedded with a center temperature sensor. 2. Record the specimen number and measure the initial dynamic modulus and mass of the specimen. 3. Place the specimen rack inside the test chamber and fill the chamber with 125L of antifreeze liquid. 4. Place the specimen into a rubber bucket, and then place the rubber bucket on the specimen rack inside the chamber, with the central specimen positioned in the middle of the rack. 5. Pour clear water into the rubber bucket, ensuring the liquid level is at least 5mm above the specimen, and close the chamber lid. 6. Power on the equipment, open the software, and click the "Manual Test" button to start the water pump test. 7. Unscrew the air vent of the water pump, wait for the antifreeze liquid to overflow, and after checking for no air bubbles, tighten the screw. 8. After running for 3 minutes, click the "Stop Water Pump Test" button to stop the pump, filling the pipeline with antifreeze liquid. 9. Create a new test, input the test information, and start the test, performing water pump venting and cleaning the pipeline filter screen every month. 10. After reaching the specified number of cycles, measure the dynamic modulus and mass of the specimen and record the results. 11. At the end of the test, remove the specimens and the rubber bucket, store the antifreeze liquid in a sealed container for dry storage, and clean the chamber and pipelines.
