Product Description
The biosafety cabinet has passed the form test of the State Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), and obtained the third type of medical device registration certificate issued by CFDA.
Suitable for: PCR test, oncology, AIDS, tuberculosis, and other high-risk experiments
Product executive standard: pharmaceutical industry standard of the people's Republic of China YY 0569-2011. The unique inner cavity safety negative pressure design and air curtain isolation ensure no leakage under normal use, no gas circulation and 100% exhaust laminar flow mode, which conforms to the standard of class II biosafety cabinet.
10 ° incline angle design in accordance with ergonomics principle, better operation experience.
The outer box body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying; the three sides of the operation area of the safety cabinet are made of stainless steel (SUS304) integrated structure, and the inner parts that can be cleaned are made of 10 mm large fillet for cleaning.
The integrated working table is easy to remove and clean. Under the operating table, there is a liquid collecting tank and a blowdown valve.
The control system adopts intelligent micro-computer control, LCD display can display system parameters such as working area temperature, air flow rate, service life of filter membrane, etc., light touch type membrane switch can adjust various parameter settings, and the blue display digital display can indicate various parameter values.
Temperature sensor: it can detect and display the temperature in real time; wind speed sensor: it can detect and display the wind speed in real time, and monitor the operation of the fan and the safety status of the operation area.
Equipped with height limit alarm device, when the mobile glass door exceeds the specified height limit (180mm), the user will be alerted by sound and light.
Equipped with filter pre failure, damage and blocking alarm technology, equipped with fan overload alarm prompt.
It is equipped with a working window opening limit alarm system. When the opening height of the front window of the safety cabinet exceeds the set height, when the flow velocity of the down airflow and the flow velocity of the inflow airflow of the safety cabinet fluctuates by more than 20% of its nominal value, the interlocking system will start the alarm prompt.
Two ULPA ultra-high efficiency filters are equipped as standard, which can achieve 99.999% closure efficiency for 0.12 μ m particle system. The filter membrane is made of non barrier borosilicate glass fiber.
UV lamp has the function of regular appointment. The front window integrated sliding sliding door can be positioned arbitrarily, and can be completely closed for sterilization.
Glass doors shall be made of safety toughened glass not less than 6mm. Interlock design of front window and germicidal lamp: when the front window is opened, the germicidal lamp is off.
The bracket type safety cabinet can be separated from the upper box body for easy handling and positioning.
It has the function of parameter memory and call recovery protected by power failure and data loss of dead state.
