Operation instructions
Place on a solid level platform and use a damp cloth to moisten the container, slump cylinder, inner wall of the feeding port and other utensils.
Fasten the feeding port to the top of the slump tube, correct the position of the container so that its axis coincides with the axis of the feeding port, and then tighten the wing nut.
The concrete sample obtained according to the requirements is divided into three layers into a slump cylinder with a small shovel. After each layer of material is tamped, it is about one-third of the height. 25 times, when inserting the second layer and the top layer, you should insert this layer, and make the stick just enter the top layer of the next layer, and scrape the top surface after inserting.
Turn the transparent disc to the top of the slump tube to lock the set screw and adjust it to zero.
Turn the feeding port and the disk away and lift the slump cylinder vertically. At this time, care should be taken not to cause the concrete sample to twist laterally.
Turn the transparent disc to the top surface of the concrete circular table body, loosen the positioning screws, lower the disc so that it can lightly contact the concrete surface, and read the value as the slump value.
At the same time, press the "Start / Stop" button of the controller. When the bottom of the transparent disc is filled with cement slurry, press the "Start / Stop" button again. The vibration will stop and the controller will display the value (time: unit seconds). This is the Vibe consistency value.
