Principle

                                                              
The glass bottle internal pressure tester transmits the pressure generated by the hydraulic pump driven by the servo motor to the pressure sensor and the glass sample bottle to be tested respectively through the pipeline in an equivalent manner. The device controller collects the pressure signal from the pressure sensor in real time and generates According to the pressure signal value, the servo motor is controlled to drive the hydraulic pump, so that the pressure change in the system increases linearly according to the requirements of the standard and ISO standard until it reaches the preset value. If the test sample bottle is still in good condition after the system automatically depressurizes after the test, it is qualified.
