Benchtop high-speed centrifuges are widely used in experiments involving small sample volumes, multiple steps, high centrifugal forces, and moderate temperature requirements. 1. Equipped with a microcontroller, a proprietary control board, and high-torque AC/DC brushless motors, the unit operates stably with low noise, providing a comfortable laboratory environment.
2. Features multiple safety alerts, including overspeed, over-temperature, imbalance, under-voltage, and over-voltage. A specially designed shock-absorbing mechanism ensures smooth, safe, and reliable motor operation, prevents sample resuspension, and delivers excellent centrifugation results.
3. The TFT-LCD true-color display features a dual-operation mode with both touchscreen and physical buttons. It includes a dedicated centrifugal force display key and simultaneously shows both set parameters and running parameters. Parameters can be adjusted at any time during operation without stopping the machine. The user interface is intuitive, simple, and easy to use; the operation menu is available in multiple languages (Chinese, English, Russian, Portuguese).
4. The biosafety airtight angle rotor uses an integrated silicone rubber seal (compliant with EU RoHS 2015/863), preventing aerosol leakage and fully ensuring the safety of personnel and the laboratory environment.
5. The rear-mounted austenitic 304 stainless steel centrifuge chamber, combined with a fully steel powder-coated outer shell, an integrally stamped steel front panel, and a three-layer steel protective cover, ensures both durability and safety for personnel and the laboratory environment.
6. Equipped with a silent mechatronic motorized door lock for convenient operation; simply closing the lid triggers the locking system to securely lock the door.
7. With 10-speed acceleration and 10-speed deceleration controls, the system can store 20 user-defined programs for easy access to frequently used settings, and automatically resumes the last used program upon startup.
8. A variety of aerospace-grade forged aluminum rotors (angular rotors only) and polyamide fiber adapters are available, accommodating centrifuge tubes or reagent vials ranging from 0.2 mL to 100 mL, and capable of centrifuging various MTP microplates, PCR plates, and cell culture plates.
