Integrated operation

Integrated design of high-voltage power supply

1. The touch screen directly sets the required voltage value without the need for knob adjustment. It can display the set and actual voltage values.
2. Equipped with a safety unlocking device to avoid accidental operation and directly turn on the high voltage.
3. It has a breakdown protection function to protect the safety of experimental personnel.

Three sets of built-in micro pumps, safe, stable, and flexible for use

1. High voltage resistant design, can be placed inside the chassis for use to avoid high-voltage breakdown.
2. High precision propulsion device, with adjustable accuracy accurate to seconds, continuously feeding without interruption.
3. There is no hose connection between the needle and the syringe, making it easy to use. Save samples, especially suitable for spinning small and precious samples.
4. Each micro pump can directly push 2 syringes while using 4 needles to increase spinning efficiency.
5. The propulsion speed can be set separately for coaxial spinning experiments.

Coaxial needle head
Material: 316 stainless steel. A uniquely designed coaxial needle with a core directly connected to the syringe minimizes sample waste. Overall detachable cleaning, reducing needle blockage and loss. The inner and outer cores can be replaced as needed.

3D mobile platform

1. The mobile platform features a hanging design that frees up the bottom space for easy experimental operation. Reduce hygiene dead spots for easy cleaning and management after the experiment.

Temperature and humidity control system. Integrate heating and dehumidification accessories.

1. Equipped with a Swiss imported temperature and humidity sensor, it has high sensitivity and can accurately monitor internal temperature and humidity.
2. Humidification attachment: Adopting fog free humidification technology, it does not affect the stability of the electric field and does not affect the observation of the spinning process, and can control humidity.
3. Dehumidification accessory: Integrated heating module, connected with hot and dry air, can quickly achieve dehumidification effect and control humidity.

Metal chassis, safe and reliable
