THE SJ-EM-312 electromagnetic sieve shaker is a three-dimensional vibration screening instrument developed and produced by SERVE REAL INSTRUMENTS, which uses electromagnetic force as the driving force for laboratory use. It is easy to operate and can greatly reduce the labor intensity of laboratory operators and improve labor efficiency.
The SJ-EM-312 electromagnetic vibration screening instrument uses the electromagnetic force generated by 220V AC as the driving force, and is equipped with an electromagnetic coil at the bottom for charging and discharging to drive the screen to vibrate. The sample to be screened is thrown three-dimensional on the surface of the screen, achieving a uniform screening effect. The SJ-EM-312 electromagnetic sieving instrument can place up to 10 layers of standard sieves from top to bottom, with apertures arranged in descending order, allowing for simultaneous acquisition of samples with different particle sizes. The amplitude and vibration frequency of the screening instrument can be electronically controlled and adjusted, making it easy to operate. At the same time, it is equipped with screening balls, which increase the vibration of the screen with the kinetic energy of the balls, reducing the occurrence of sample clogging of the sieve holes.
