1. Equipped with an electric heating tube heating device, with a main heater power of 4000W and an auxiliary heater power of 2000W, adjustable through two PID temperature controllers; 2. Stainless steel reflector plate, used to enhance the thermal radiation performance applied to the face mask;
3. Metal head mold device, capable of wearing a mask and allowing for free breathing;
4. The metal head mold sliding track can move its horizontal position and adjust the distance between the mask and the radiation source;
5. Equipped with a water-cooled heat flux meter device for measuring thermal radiation flux at standard distances;
6. Equipped with an artificial lung breathing device, the breathing is in a sinusoidal output mode, simulating human breathing in a realistic way;
7. PLC control mode, respiratory rate and respiratory volume can be freely set;
8. Micro pressure differential sensor device, automatically detecting failure during mask testing process.
