The hot wire tester is suitable for conducting fire hazard tests on electrical and electronic products, household appliances, and their materials. It is also used for flameless ignition source ignition tests to determine the ignition temperature, flammability, and flame resistance index of related materials.
The hot wire tester adopts an integrated PLC+HMI operating system and control system, which is more intelligent and stable. It uses a high-resolution seven inch color touch screen to achieve an intelligent upgrade of the user-friendly operation interface. Using a proximity solenoid valve switch to control the depth of the hot wire burning into the sample, achieving a fully automatic limit of 7mm maximum burning distance, better saving experimental personnel's operation time, and equipped with a dedicated gauge for measuring 7mm to calibrate the distance. It fully possesses the characteristics of high accuracy and faster speed.
