The fully automatic mechanical impact testing system is used to measure and determine the impact resistance performance of products or packaging. It can perform conventional impact tests on waveforms such as half sine wave, square wave, sawtooth wave, etc. to achieve the impact waves and energy that products are subjected to in actual environments, thereby improving or optimizing the product packaging structure of the system.

1. The impact test bench is a fully automatic impact testing system based on the Windows operating system, with a user-friendly control interface. The operator only needs to input test data, and the system will automatically configure parameters and control the machine to accurately complete the impact test.
2. Equipped with anti secondary impact braking device; When the impact table falls freely and the impact waveform pad rebounds, the hydraulic brake piston acts to brake the impact table, preventing a second impact and obtaining accurate impact data.
3. Efficient platform vibration reduction device; For large impact test benches, during impact testing, the instantaneous impact force is large, and the efficient platform vibration damping device greatly reduces the impact on the ground, 350 × Tables below 350mm (inclusive) do not require a dedicated foundation, making installation very convenient.
4. Impact height digital setting, the impact table automatically rises to the set height, with high control accuracy and good repeatability of impact data.
5. The configured impact measurement system instantly displays impact energy data and waveforms.
6. Can be configured with a high acceleration device. For small specimens, a high acceleration impact test is required. The high acceleration device can be fixed on the table of the impact test bench. According to the principle of impact kinetic energy transfer, a higher impact acceleration than the IS type impact bench can be obtained. For specimens less than 200 × The impact test index of the 200mm specimen is: the peak acceleration of the impact can reach 5000-5000m/s2, and the acceleration duration is 0.2-1ms.
