Construction
This machine is composed of a frame, a stirring device, a transmission system, a limit device and an electrical control system. The frame is the supporting part of the entire equipment, welded by channel steel. The mixing device is composed of a mixing drum, a mixing shaft, and a mixing blade. The mixing blade is fixed on the mixing arm and is integrated with the mixing shaft to form two sets of spirals. The direction is opposite, but the spiral ribbon mixing blade with the same lead and helix angle, the gap between the mixing blade and the inner arm of the mixing drum can be slightly adjusted. The transmission mechanism is composed of a reducer and a coupling. The cylinder limit device is composed of a locking pin and a positioning hole. The electrical control system has the functions of starting, inching, stopping and timing.

Working principle
The geared motor rotates the mixing shaft in one direction through the coupling. The positive and negative two sets of shovel blades on the mixing shaft agitate the materials. Due to the function of the helix angle, the shovel blades push the materials in the drum from one side to the other when the shovel works. On the other side, the cyclic action of pushing back to the original place from the other side makes the material fully agitated, so as to obtain a more ideal mixing effect. When unloading, the machine must be stopped, the lock lock is opened, the cylinder is rotated to a certain angle, and then the position is limited, and the jog button is pressed to realize the discharge of the mixture out of the cylinder.

Installation of double horizontal shaft mixer
After unpacking the machine, it is necessary to check whether the reduction motor, material cylinder, bearing seat, etc. are damaged during transportation, and whether the fasteners are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened. The supporting foundation is a flat concrete ground. When transporting the mixer, ropes should be tied to the frame, and cannot be tied to the mixing shaft. The mixer base is equipped with casters that can be moved freely.
Operating procedure
1. Before starting, first check whether there is any scraping or collision between the rotating part and the material cylinder. If there is any scraping or collision, it should be adjusted in a timely manner.
2. Clean up the debris inside the material cylinder.
3. The cylinder should be limited before starting
4. The rotation direction of the mixing shaft should be as indicated by the markings on the end face of the cylinder.
5. The concrete material loaded must be cleaned of metal or other debris.
6. Adjust the timing of the mixer according to the mixing time, and note that it must be adjusted under power-off conditions.
7. Press the start button, and the main shaft will drive the mixing operation.
8. Automatic shutdown after reaching the set time
9. When unloading, the machine should be stopped, the oil pump switch should be turned on, the down button should be held down to rotate the material cylinder to a certain position, and then the locking pin should be positioned to rotate the main shaft, so that the mixed material can be discharged from the cylinder.
10. After the mixture is discharged, press and hold the up button to reset the cylinder, and position the mixing drum with the locking pin.
11. The cleaning drum can be washed by pouring water into the drum to rotate the spindle, or it can be cleaned with dry sand.

Maintenance notes
1. Regularly lubricate the bearing components according to usage, and refer to the product manual for lubrication of the gearbox.
2. Regularly check the sealing condition of the machine and promptly inspect the quality of the sealing gasket if any leakage is found.
3. Regularly check the fastening of the shovel blade, and tighten it promptly if there is any looseness.
4. Regularly check whether the electrical control system is in good contact and dry.
5. After long-term use, the scraper blades and mixing drum of the mixer will wear out, and adjustments or replacements should be made according to the wear situation.
6. Do not insert your hands and rod into the drum during the mixing process to avoid danger.
