The VSMI-200A Intelligent electromagnetic vibrating sifter is an advanced laboratory sieving instrument. The instrument is simple and elegant in design, easy to install, simple to operate and stylish in appearance. The amplitude can be adjusted according to demand and is suitable for sieving a wide range of samples. It is suitable for particle size distribution testing of pharmacopoeia, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, powder particles, particle size classification testing, etc..
The sieving software allows automatic weighing and uploading of the sample weight to the software, which automatically calculates the sieve residual, the mass percentage, the graded mass percentage (percentage on the sieve), the percentage under the sieve (percentage throughput) and the cumulative sieve residual (cumulative percentage on the sieve). The user can set up an administrator or operator to manage the operation. The sieving results can be saved and printed in unlimited quantities and an audit trail of the results of steps or tests already carried out is also available.
