Features
CIT timely cooling technology can directly start the compressor to cool down even at high temperatures;
Low liquid level protection to prevent dry burning;
Double groove structure, small groove matching viscometer for use, can hold a maximum of 1000ml beaker, when testing small groove, large groove can also test multiple samples at the same time, and the product is equipped with a sample rack as standard
Equipped with an external temperature sensor interface, optional movable external temperature probe, combined with advanced PID TAC control technology, Cascade cascade control technology, and temperature lock control technology inside and outside the bath, it can accurately control the temperature of materials outside the bath
Internal circulation and external circulation are available, and maintenance free pressure/suction pumps are available. They are resistant to fiber and metal particles. At the same time, they can stir the bath liquid in both horizontal and vertical directions, making the mixing more uniform. Pump pressure and flow automatically adapt to external loads;
Pt100 temperature sensor, capable of single point and two point temperature calibration;
High performance stainless steel and high performance plastic are used for parts in contact with liquid or steam;
Removable dust screen cover for air inlet, very convenient for maintenance;
Various operation modes are available, and accidental power failure can be automatically restored.
1) Mode 1: When the power supply is disconnected during equipment operation, the next time the equipment is powered on, it is in a normal stop state, and the set value can be changed.
2) Mode 2: When the power supply is disconnected during device operation, the next time the device is powered on, it will automatically operate, and the set value can be changed.
3) Mode 3: When the power supply is disconnected during equipment operation, the next time the equipment is powered on, it will automatically operate, and the set value cannot be changed.
Optional intelligent control function: multiple interfaces (RS485, RS232) to achieve remote communication and control the start and stop of equipment;
Optional 0-10V or 4-20mA analog signal input, which can be used for external intelligent equipment to control the start and stop of instruments
