This instrument is suitable for rapid testing of the closed flash point of various petroleum products.
Features
1) Dual control system: The instrument adopts a hardware system consisting of an industrial computer and a microcontroller. The microcontroller is used to control the heating process and collect sensor data, resulting in high real-time testing and more accurate testing results; The use of an industrial computer as the overall system control makes the instrument more reliable. The industrial computer has 256M of memory and 4G of hard disk, which not only runs at a speed block but also has a large amount of data storage. The Windows 10IOT operating system is adopted, and the software adopts a fully Chinese operating interface (which can be replaced with an English interface), making it easy to understand.
2) Multiple interfaces: For the convenience of users, multiple communication interfaces such as RS-232, USB, and RJ-45 are provided, which can connect to the LIMS system, connect to the local area network, and browse the Internet; Through the USB interface, not only can the system software be directly upgraded, but also experimental result data can be exported; You can directly connect to a laser printer to print the test result report.
3) True color display: Equipped with a 24 bit true color TFT LCD screen and touch screen, it is more convenient for users to operate, and is also equipped with a mouse and disc
4) Adopting semiconductor refrigeration devices and external cooling water cooling devices, the instrument has a small volume, fast cooling speed, and convenient use.
5) There are few test samples, and only 2 ml is required for each injection (4 ml for solid or semi solid samples).
Gold plated components: The oil cup and cup cover components are made of gold plated, which not only makes them more beautiful and elegant, but also has higher temperature resistance and is more convenient for maintenance;
6) Separate and independent design: The cup cover component, flash point sensor, and temperature sensor all adopt a separate and independent design, which is more convenient for replacing various accessories (user plug and play)
7) Key components imported: The temperature sensor adopts sensors imported from Germany, making the detection more reliable and stable, and the data more accurate. The key mechanical structure of the internal mixing transmission adopts components imported from Japan;
8) The testing process is intuitive: the instrument can display the heating rate per minute (with any conversion between numerical and chart curve forms), and the heating rate fully meets the standard requirement of 1 ºC/min;
