Features
Compared to the DRL-3, The DRL-5 features following characteristics:
A thermal protection device is added around the test rod in the test head (this device can protect the specimen from heat), which expands the test temperature range of the instrument and reduces the impact of ambient temperature on the test.
A thermocouple stack for heat flow test is added to the test rod in the test head, which improves the resolution, accuracy and repeatability of the heat flow test.
The compensation of the cold junction of the thermocouple by the ice-water mixture is cancelled, which simplifies the operation and facilitates the use.
Added "aging reliability test", "high thermal conductivity material test", "contact thermal resistance test between samples" and other experimental methods.
