1. What's your products warranty period?
A: All our products enjoyed 24 months warranty since arrived in customer location.
2. What after-sales service we can get?
A: During the warranty period, we will provide free parts replacement, but the international logistics cost have to be paid by customer.
For trouble shooting, we can provide free online support for life time. In case have to go abroad for service, customer have to pay the costs for traffic, hotel, foods, and technical service. Just in case equipment have to be returned back for service within warranty, we will bear the international shipping cost, and we will send new alternative to customer.
3. What's your payment term?
A: We can accept T/T, D/P, CAD, LC, Paypal, Western Union, Online order(Made-In-China.com global pay, but curretnly only applicable to part of countries); For areas such as Iraq, Iran and other sanction countires those not easy to make USD payment, we have RMB payment channel, please contact our sales team.
4. What's your shipping method? Can you ship the cargo to our place?
A: We can arrange cargo shipping by sea, air, air courier, land, depends on cargo size and weight, as well as customer requirements.
