Operation tips
1. There are no special requirements for the installation of this product. Just adjust the four anchor screws to stabilize and fix the machine before work.
2. Before the test machine, check whether the pressure claw is pressing the material bowl, and whether the positioning pin fixes the elastic handle to prevent the material bowl from loosening and damaging the parts. The clamping claw of the material bowl is tight in the clockwise direction and loose in the counterclockwise direction.
3. If there is a fault that the material bowl is loose and dust overflows, you can rotate the pressure regulating wire sleeve to increase the pressure to remove it.
4. During operation, wait for the crusher to stop completely before opening the lid to take out the test bowl.
5. If the sample has a high moisture content, it should be dried in advance to avoid sticking to the material bowl and affecting the fineness of crushing. Generally, the drier the material, the better the crushing effect.
6. If you need to crush a sample finer than 200 mesh, you can add solvents such as alcohol to the sample for mixed crushing or extend the crushing time.
7. The material samples should be placed in the strike ring and the material box as much as possible, so as not to jam the strike block and affect the crushing effect.
8. The grinder must be grounded reliably.
