Product Description

 

The RLab-ND200 series nitrogen purging instrument is a high-precision temperature control instrument formed by combining microcomputer processing and PID control. Its working principle is to quickly, continuously, and controllably blow nitrogen onto the surface of the heated sample, and set the heating temperature based on the evaporation rate and boiling point of the concentrated solvent to achieve rapid concentration of a large number of samples. This instrument adopts an aluminum block heating module, which has good heat transfer and uniform heat transfer, which is conducive to rapid heating and temperature control. Blow nitrogen gas onto the surface of the sample to achieve oxygen free concentration of the liquid sample. The blowing pipes are independent of each other and will not cause cross contamination. Each gas needle channel on the gas distribution component can be combined or used separately. The system has high temperature control accuracy, wide temperature control range, temperature CNC digital display, and convenient temperature calibration. The product has a beautiful and elegant appearance, simple operation, safe and reliable use.
