One machine can be used for multiple purposes. By using the same sample, the transmission characteristics of cracking products through the coating, the high-temperature permeability of the coating, and the high-temperature strength of the layer can be measured separately
The production method of the layer is more simulated on site. The original foam pattern is used to coat the coating, so that the obtained layer is closer to the production site, and the measured data is more convincing. At the same time, during the coating process, performance parameters such as dripping time and coating thickness can be tested, and differences in suspension properties of different coatings can be observed
