Features

1. Equipped with a microcontroller, a proprietary control board, and a high-torque AC inverter motor, it operates stably with low noise, providing a comfortable laboratory environment.

2. Features a CFC-free refrigeration compressor unit and the environmentally friendly refrigerant R404a, offering a wide temperature control range of -20°C to +40°C, which can be adjusted while the centrifuge is running; includes a pre-cooling function to rapidly lower the temperature to the set point; It features a standby cooling function to maintain the set temperature during standby mode, as well as a heating defrost function.

3. Equipped with multiple safety alerts for overspeed, over-temperature, imbalance, under-voltage, and over-voltage. A three-stage damping system and a specially designed vibration-damping mechanism ensure smooth, safe, and reliable motor operation, prevent sample resuspension, and deliver excellent centrifugation results.

4. TFT-LCD true-color display with dual operation modes (touchscreen and physical buttons). Features a dedicated centrifugal force display key, simultaneously showing set parameters and operating parameters. Parameters can be modified at any time during operation without stopping the machine. The user interface is intuitive, simple, and easy to use. The operating menu is available in multiple languages (Chinese, English, Russian, Portuguese).

5. The DD5M vertical low-speed, high-capacity centrifuge features a biosafety-rated, airtight angle rotor with an integrated silicone rubber seal (compliant with EU RoHS 2015/863), preventing aerosol leakage and fully ensuring the safety of personnel and the laboratory environment.

6. The rear-mounted austenitic 304 stainless steel centrifuge chamber, combined with a fully steel powder-coated outer shell, an integrally stamped steel front panel, and a three-layer steel protective cover, ensures both robust durability and the safety of personnel and the laboratory environment.

7. Equipped with a silent, electromechanical motorized door lock for convenient operation; simply closing the lid triggers the locking system to securely lock the door.

8. The system offers 10-speed acceleration and 10-speed deceleration control, with the ability to store 20 user-defined programs and modify rotor control parameters at any time.

9. The base is equipped with casters and carbon steel leveling blocks, facilitating easy movement and leveling of the centrifuge.
