Product Description

This ring and ball apparatus, also called as the softening point tester, is used to test the softening point of pavement petroleum asphalt, polymer modified asphalt, also can be used for liquid petroleum asphalt, evaporated residue of asphalt emulsion, distilled residue of coal asphalt. The softening point tester is comprised of steel ball, sample ring, steel ball positioning ring, metal rack, heat resistant glass cup, thermometer, electric temperature controlled stirrer.
