This is a comprehensive pressure test device specialized for micro-opening safety valve. It can performs the pressure setting adjustment, setting pressure detection, return pressure detection, etc. thus to evaluate the pressure safety performance. The equipment is comprised of pressure system and clamping system two part.
 
Pressure system
The high pressure system is powered by STD100, max pressure up to 60Mpa, the low pressure system is powered by nitrogen bottle set (15Mpa/40L), it should be prepared by user.
 
Clamping system
Test range: DN15-DN250
The clamping system powered by manual pump(0-16Mpa pressure), 1 chuck plate for clamping base, the plate max output pressure up to 20T.
