GB/T18883-2002 Secondary Thermal Analyzer


The STR-50 secondary thermal analyzer (with low-temperature focused cold trap) integrates sampling, adsorption, desorption, sample injection, and cleaning. It uses new technologies such as sample tube analysis, low-temperature focusing, and hot gas flow reanalysis. The 7.0-inch intelligent color touch screen user interface allows easily set or edit, store, and invoke methods directly, quicker start, more convenient operation, higher resolution.

Electronic refrigeration method is adopted, without liquid refrigerant, with focused cold trap

Adsorption tube, sample injection valve, transfer tube, focus tube (cooling, heating), five separate temperature control channels
The six-way valve is driven by a motor
All sample transmission pipelines adopt imported high inert deactivation pipelines without residues
Optional high-temperature resistant six-way valve, with a service temperature of over 260 ºC
The connection point between the six-way valve and the transmission pipeline is located in the heating insulation box, without transmission cold points
Integrated design, compact overall structure; Microcomputer control.
Equipped with two universal drive interfaces, it can automatically start chromatography and work collaboratively with workstations.
Peripheral equipment is ready for signal input and can intelligently judge and analyze events.
It can connect most gas chromatographs and gas chromatographs from various manufacturers at home and abroad.
