The laboratory dispersion kneader is suitable for stirring, kneading and dispersing various chemical raw materials such as plastic, rubber, synthetic glue, hot melt adhesive and various low-viscosity materials.
Two agitator shafts with spiral edges and corners on the surface are enclosed in a "W"-shaped chamber. Under certain pressure and temperature conditions, the two shafts operate at a relative differential speed for stirring and dispersing.
