Product Description

Low speed centrifuge refers to a centrifuge with a speed of less than 10000 revolutions per minute, which can be widely used in clinical medicine, biochemistry, immunology, blood stations and other fields. It is a conventional instrument used for centrifugal precipitation in laboratories.
 

Applications

The TDZ4 desktop low-speed centrifuge is suitable for experimental research units in biochemistry, medicine, pharmacy, clinical trials, food, and environmental protection. It is a conventional equipment for separating and preparing suspended solids and liquids.
 

Features

1. Using a microcontroller in conjunction with a self-developed control board and a large torque DC brushless motor, it operates stably with low noise and provides a comfortable laboratory environment.
2. Equipped with multiple warning functions such as overspeed, overtemperature, and imbalance, and a special combination of shock absorbers, the motor runs smoothly, safely, and reliably, preventing sample re suspension and achieving excellent centrifugal effect.
3. 100V-230V wide voltage design, improving the adaptability range of the centrifuge to voltage (optional).
4. TFT-LCD true color display screen, dual operation mode of touch screen buttons and physical buttons, equipped with a dedicated button for centrifugal force display, displaying both set and operating parameters. Parameters can be changed at any time during operation without stopping the machine. The operation interface is intuitive, simple, and convenient to use; The operation menu can be provided in multiple languages (Chinese, English, Russian, Portuguese).
5. The biosafety airtight angle rotor adopts a silicone rubber integral sealing ring (EU RoHS 2015/863), which can prevent aerosol leakage and fully ensure the safety of personnel and laboratory environment.
6. The rear austenitic 304 stainless steel centrifugal chamber, combined with a fully steel spray coated shell, an integral stamped steel front face, and a three-layer steel protective cover, is a sturdy and durable security device that ensures the safety of staff and laboratory use.
7. Adopting a silent electromechanical integrated motor door lock, it is easy to use. Simply close the door cover lightly to trigger the door lock system and securely lock the door cover.
8. 10 speed acceleration and 10 speed deceleration rate control, capable of storing 20 sets of user-defined programs for easy access to commonly used programs, with the last program used upon startup.
