Working principle
The grinding tank of nanometer ball mill rotates along the planetary axis and also rotates along the main axis. Thus, in the process of efficient and rapid grinding, the grinding ball and sample will have a force that constantly changes direction and size. Because of the design of geometry and transmission ratio, the grinding ball can move in an excellent track. The grinding ball moves along the inner wall of the grinding tank until under certain special conditions, the grinding ball suddenly moves out of this state. After passing through the grinding tank, the sample and grinding ball rush to the tank wall in the opposite direction. The energy generated in the impact process is dozens of times that of the ordinary ball mill. The result is excellent grinding effect and extremely short grinding time.
