Functions

 

High temperature compressive strength: The instantaneous strength of resin sand samples measured after being kept at high temperature for a period of time. This reflects the compressive strength performance of resin sand during pouring. The measurement method is to place the sample in a furnace that has been heated to a certain temperature, hold it for a period of time, pressurize the sample until it breaks, record the maximum load value, and calculate the maximum compressive stress.
Conditional thermal stability: also known as high-temperature duration, refers to the duration of resin sand maintaining its own strength at a certain temperature and load. Reflecting the ability of resin sand to resist metal thermal and mechanical effects, it indicates to some extent the thermal decomposition rate of resin binder and the strength of resin sand.
