This instrument is a new generation of computerized softening point tester launched by our company in accordance with the requirements of the asphalt softening point test (T0606-2011) in the industry standard of the Ministry of Transportation (JTG E20-2011). It adopts a newly designed structural appearance and microcomputer circuit, and has the characteristics of small size, low failure rate, high intelligence, and simple and fast use.
This instrument displays time and temperature separately, and the heating speed is controlled by PID plus fuzzy logic algorithm, with a programmable magnetic stirrer for stirring. The heating linearity is good, and high-precision photoelectric detection technology scans the sinking distance of the steel ball (25.4mm). The test results are automatically recorded, and the test can be completed by simply pressing the "Start" button. The results are accurate and reliable, and can be used for highways, urban construction, petrochemicals, and research institutes (schools) Engaged in asphalt performance testing and research.
