The multifunctional V-belt fatigue testing machine can be used to determine the fatigue life of ordinary V-belts and washing machine V-belts. The V-belt is installed on the two pulleys of the testing machine, and after applying the specified tension, it operates at a certain speed without torque. The change rate of the V-belt center distance after 24 hours and whether the V-belt has reached the specified fatigue life are measured. Two V-belts can be tested for fatigue each time and have a length measurement function. It can be used as a length measuring machine and can also be used for fatigue testing and length measurement of other belt types.
Control method: touch screen human-machine interface, PLC control, variable frequency speed regulation, and data retention after V-belt breakage.
