Product Description

The HRD-150B Electric Tall Rockwell Hardness Tester features an optimized design and increased height compared to standard electric Rockwell hardness testers. Its taller frame allows for hardness testing of large workpieces.
The HR-150B Tall Rockwell Hardness Tester is capable of measuring the Rockwell hardness of materials such as cemented carbide, quenched steel, and unquenched steel. Due to its tall design, it is suitable for hardness testing of large workpieces.

Standards

Accuracy complies with GB/T 230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18.

Applications

1. Widely used to measure the Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials;

2. Primarily used to measure the Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials, such as those that have been quenched and tempered;

3. Materials such as cemented carbide, carburized steel, quenched steel, surface-hardened steel, hardened cast steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, malleable castings, mild steel, normalized steel, annealed steel, and bearings.
