This rotary tube furnace can rotate the quartz tube 360 degrees, and there are quartz baffles on the inner wall of the tube to help the powder flip and sinter more evenly

1. The furnace material is made of alumina fiber material, which is not easily deformed at high temperatures and has excellent insulation performance
2. Double shell structure with air cooling system, with shell temperature at room temperature+10 ºC
3. Intelligent PID control instrument, 30 segment programmable program, capable of curve heating and setting temperature rate, constant temperature time control, automatic shutdown, etc
4. High temperature control accuracy, with an accuracy of ± 0.1 ºC for self testing within 1000 degrees; Above 1000 degrees ± 1 ºC
5. Equipped with door opening, power outage, over temperature alarm, leakage protection, over temperature protection
6. Optional large screen paperless recorder for real-time recording of temperature rise curves, and equipped with a storage card for analyzing and printing experimental data
