1. Floor standing door type mobile loading platform:
Two column door design, automatic lifting of the upper crossbeam cross structure, manual locking adjustment, four shock-absorbing foot cups installed at the lower end, large diameter column structure frame, high strength.
2. Customized servo linear actuator and driving device (single channel):
The effective stroke of the actuator is 100mm, equipped with high-precision magnetostrictive displacement sensors, and a buffer zone is designed at the limit position of the actuator amplitude to avoid damage caused by running out of control.
3. Data acquisition and control system:
Composed of a single channel fully digital dynamic and static servo controller, computer and software, as well as accessories, etc.
4. Celtron imported load sensors from the United States
Using imported load sensors from Celtron, USA, with an overload capacity of 150%. Place it at the front end of the actuator or on the workbench, and calibrate the sensor before leaving the factory.
5. Measurement display system:
The machine uses an external displacement sensor to collect the deformation of the sample, and the LCD screen displays information such as the force value, displacement, frequency, number of tests, peak and valley values of the sample.
6. Breaking judgment:
There are two conditions. Firstly, when the current force value reaches X% of the full range, it enters the judgment range. Secondly, when the descending force value is greater than the peak value * X%.
7. System unit:
The load units of the entire measurement and control system can be switched freely without the need for recalibration. Currently, the supported units include N, kN, lbf, GF, and kgf. After switching the system units, the standard units will be switched synchronously.
8. Test data recording frequency (Hz):
The frequency of software collection of experimental data. Up to 10000Hz, which means collecting 10000 valid data points in one second. Please choose the frequency of data saving according to the experimental needs. The higher the setting, the larger the saved file, and the higher the requirements for the computer.
9. Modulus test:
