This is the 3rd generation consolation apparatus, it has below advantages compared to lever type and pneumatic type consolidation apparatus.
1. This technology enables the consolidation test to automatically load and unload according to the set test pressure sequence without the need for external pressure sources (such as air pumps), which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly without disturbing the public. The test pressure is ≥ 5kPa ≤ the maximum allowable pressure, and the pressure sequence can be set arbitrarily within the maximum pressure range, especially for tests that require the application of the self weight pressure P0 of the sample. Each test process is independently controlled. After the experiment is completed, the sample can be replaced and restarted, greatly improving equipment utilization. During the experiment, the set pressure is automatically tracked and controlled by variable speed tracking based on the compression change of each sample, maintaining the force balance of the sample at all times. The initial value of the consolidation test, which is the displacement reset value of 1kPa, is also guaranteed to be true and effective. If conducting a test with self weight pressure P0, the P0 pressure that needs to be applied to each specimen can be set, and it can be applied at once or in stages. This is something that no consolidation instrument has been able to achieve in the past.
2. Networking with microcomputers
By using a network interface to connect to the microcomputer, dozens of consolidation meters can be connected to the same network. The on-site installation is very simple, and the microcomputer provides single control and dozens of group control operations, which is very convenient.
3. Independent operation and self start
The consolidation meter controller can operate independently, meaning there is no need for microcomputer support after the test begins. When the power is interrupted during the test process, the test site and the collected data will be automatically protected. After the power is restored, the test site will be automatically restored to continue the test.
