Applications

This series of models is compatible with more than ten different rotors and can be equipped with a variety of adapters to meet specific application needs. It is used in major laboratories, clinical settings, and for bacterial and protein precipitation, nucleic acid extraction, cell and subcellular fractionation, and environmental sample processing.

Features

1. The all-new XIUI 3.0 operating system features microprocessor control and programmable operation. It utilizes direct drive from a DC/inverter brushless motor for precise speed control.

2.   7-inch wide-viewing-angle LCD touchscreen with digital input for simple operation; the interface displays settings and operating parameters in real time. Equipped with ambient lighting in seven selectable colors to enhance the user experience. The all-steel housing features a corrosion-resistant, textured finish with bold lines, offering an industrial human-machine interface design that combines visual appeal with a sense of security and high brand recognition.

3. Equipped with an imported fluorine-free refrigeration compressor unit (refrigerant R404a) that meets environmental standards. Features a pre-cooling function and a wide temperature control range of -20°C to +40°C, enabling rapid attainment of the set temperature. The chamber incorporates standard-compliant copper tubing, providing strong heat exchange capabilities to ensure consistent centrifugation results.

4. Equipped with multiple audible and visual warning protection functions, including overspeed, over-temperature, imbalance, incorrect operation, overcurrent, overvoltage, and anti-pinch protection; hydrogen-, oil-, and acid/alkali-resistant fluorosilicone rubber seals capable of long-term operation between -55°C and +200°C; an aesthetically pleasing, tightly sealed vacuum-formed inner door panel that provides dual protection against aerosol leakage; The centrifuge chamber is constructed from a seamless, corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel monocoque, paired with a steel liner and a sound-absorbing airflow duct design.

5. The lid features an electronic lock and electric struts, enabling smooth, one-touch automatic opening and closing. In the event of a shutdown or power outage, the lid can be manually opened by connecting to a battery. A patented anti-pinch function prevents accidental finger injuries during hasty operations.

6. Optional Bluetooth and Type-C interfaces enable near-field control via a mobile app, facilitating system upgrades and experimental data downloads.

7. 10-speed acceleration/10-speed deceleration; three-stage damping ensures smooth sample operation without resuspension; stores up to 99 program sets; programmable modes include step, timer, differential, density, and gradient centrifugation to meet diverse experimental requirements.

8. Hidden condensate drain feature: Simply squeeze lightly to easily drain condensate, preventing motor failures caused by condensation and extending the centrifuge's service life.

9. Optional rotor auto-recognition function automatically loads and locks rotor parameters; parameters can be modified during operation without stopping the machine, and current settings are automatically saved.

10. A variety of aerospace-grade forged aluminum rotors (angle rotors only) and polyamide fiber adapters are available, compatible with centrifuge tubes or reagent vials ranging from 0.2 mL to 100 mL; capable of centrifuging various MTP microplates, PCR plates, cell culture plates, and deep-well plates.
