The insulation oil dielectric strength tester is adapted to the standard GB/T507-2002, industry standard DL429.9-91, and power industry standard DL/T846.7-2004. With a single-chip microcomputer as the core, this instrument achieves full automation of testing, high measurement accuracy, greatly improving work efficiency, and greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.
Features
Using a microprocessor and integrating six cups, it automatically completes operations such as boosting, holding, stirring, static discharge, calculation, printing, etc. It can perform oil circulation withstand voltage tests within the range of 0-100kV.

The operation is simple, and the operator only needs to make simple settings. The instrument will automatically complete the pressure test of 1-6 oil samples according to the settings. For each oil sample, the breakdown voltage value and number of cycles will be automatically stored. After the test is completed, the thermal printer can print out the breakdown voltage value and average value of each oil sample.
Power off retention, capable of storing 100 experimental results and displaying the current ambient temperature and humidity.
Using a microcontroller control for constant speed boosting, the voltage frequency is accurate to 50Hz, making the entire process easy to control.
Equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, limit and other protections to ensure the safety of operators.
Equipped with temperature measurement display function and system clock display.
Standard RS232 interface, capable of communicating with computers.
