The 7116M desktop high-speed microcentrifuge is primarily used for the rapid precipitation and separation of DNA, RNA, proteins, and viruses. It is suitable for applications such as bacterial and protein precipitation, nucleic acid extraction, separation of cellular and subcellular components, environmental sample processing, and clinical laboratory sample processing.
1. The all-new XIUI 3.0 operating system features microcomputer control and programmable operation. It is driven directly by a high-torque, maintenance-free brushless DC motor, ensuring stable operation.
2. A 7-inch wide-viewing-angle LCD touchscreen with digital input ensures simple operation and displays real-time settings and operating parameters. Equipped with ambient lighting in seven selectable colors, it enhances the user experience. The all-steel housing features a corrosion-resistant, textured finish with bold lines, offering an industrial human-machine interface design that combines visual appeal with a sense of security and high recognizability.
3. Equipped with multiple audible and visual warning protection functions, including overspeed, over-temperature, imbalance, incorrect operation, overcurrent, and overvoltage; hydrogen-, oil-, and acid/alkali-resistant fluorosilicone rubber seals capable of long-term operation between -55°C and +200°C; aesthetically pleasing, tightly sealed vacuum-formed inner door panels provide dual protection against aerosol leakage; corrosion-resistant centrifugal chamber made of seamless 304 stainless steel, steel cylinder liner, and sound-absorbing air duct design.
4. The lid is equipped with an electronic lock, supporting one-touch opening. Gas spring hydraulic rods ensure effortless and convenient lid closure; the lid can be manually opened during shutdown or power outages.
5. Optional Bluetooth/Type-C interfaces enable near-field control via a mobile app, facilitating system upgrades and experimental data downloads.
6. 10-speed acceleration/10-speed deceleration; three-stage damping ensures smooth sample operation without resuspension; parameters can be modified during operation without stopping, and current settings are automatically saved; stores up to 99 programs; programmable functions include intermittent, timed, differential, density, and gradient centrifugation to meet diverse experimental requirements.
